The Budget’s Tom Joyner Family Reunion Vacation Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are age twenty-one (21) and older at time of entry. Employees of Budget Rent A Car System, Inc. (the "Sponsor" or "Budget"), Tom Joyner, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, event coordinators and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

To enter, visit www.budget.com/TomJoynerFoundation and follow all online instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on February 15, 2008 and 11:59 PM (ET) on July 14, 2008. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to privacy policy. Limit: One entry per person or e-mail address per day. In the event multiple entries are received in a given day, only the first entry will be accepted. Subsequent entries will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Photocopied, illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries and requests become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries.

Prize & Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for four (4) people to the Gaylord Family Palms Resort in Orlando, Florida (ARV: $4,999.00). Actual value of trip depends on location of winner, fares at time of departure and land accommodations. If actual value of prize is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Trip consist of: round-trip coach air transportation for winner and three (3) guests from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence to Orlando, Florida, or ground transportation if the winner resides within 100 miles radius of Orlando, Florida, double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two rooms) for four (4) nights, four (4) admission passes to an Orlando theme park (selection of passes are at Sponsor’s sole discretion), a basic Budget car rental (includes car rental, first tank of fuel and taxes) for four-(4) days, admissions to the Family Reunion, activities and evening functions for each person including major performances and private concerts on Friday and Saturday night and Sunday Morning's Gospel Explosion (collectively referred to as "Events"), select meals and complimentary self parking. Prize does not include ground transportation (other than as noted), meals (other than as noted), taxes, incidentals, gratuities, car rental LDW insurance or other optional service fees, or any other expenses not specified herein, all of which are the responsibility of the winner. Selection of car model for car rental portion of prize is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Car rental is subject to availability and to Budget’s standard driver age (minimum age 25) and credit requirements, and Budget’s terms and conditions. The winner must execute a Budget standard rental agreement prior to receiving car rental. If winner does not meet the minimum age requirement but has a valid US drivers license, winner will receive a check in the amount of $159.96 in lieu of car rental. Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license to receive car rental portion of prize. Winner and guests must comply with any security procedure or measures imposed by theme park which reserves its rights in its sole discretion to suspend or cancel the participation of winner and/or any guest due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct.

Winner and guests must travel together on dates specified by Sponsor (tentatively scheduled for August 28, 2008 through September 1, 2008) or forfeit all rights to prize. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination and return date. Blackout dates, advance booking requirements and restrictions may apply. If an Event is postponed or canceled (for any reason whatsoever) or has occurred, no compensation or substitution will be provided and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner other than to supply the remaining portion of prize minus the Event(s) portion. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner is unable to travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. If prize is forfeited, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner (at the sole determination of the Sponsor), the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner’s guests must be 21 years or older unless winner is a parent or legal guardian of a traveling minor. Each guest must complete and return a Liability/Publicity/Travel Release prior to travel. A parent or legal guardian must execute any required travel documents on behalf of any traveling minor.

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about July 16, 2008 under supervision of an independent judging organization ("judges") whose decision is final. Winner will be notified by mail and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity/Travel Release ("Affidavit/Release") within 10 days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. If Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. No substitutions are permitted except if prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable, in which case a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-assignable or transferable except to a surviving spouse. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local, sales and income taxes associated with winning prize. Prize will be awarded within 30 days after receipt and verification of executed Affidavit/Release. Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor, its affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance, use, misuse of prize or any prize related activity. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

Confidentiality: By entering, you may be contacted by the Sponsor and/or any promotional partner identified with this Sweepstakes with future promotional offers. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage due mail/entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winner from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.

Legal Warning: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN individual, whether or not an ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, destroy, tamper or vandalize this WEB SITE OR interfere with the OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS and THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES and diligently pursue all remedies against ANY SUCH individual TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
